Services & Fees
I offer three interconnected areas of practice — specialist therapy for children and adults, evidence-based triage and consultation for schools, and senior clinical supervision for practitioners. All services are delivered with the same commitment to evidence, ethics, and care.
🎭
Therapy & Counselling
I offer integrative dramatherapy and counselling for children, young people, and adults. Sessions draw on creative and expressive approaches — including drama, story, metaphor, and image — alongside evidence-based models such as CBT and humanistic therapy.
You do not need any experience of drama or performance. The creative methods are a means of exploration, not performance — they help people access feelings and experiences that can be difficult to put into words directly.
Who I work with
Children from age 3 through to young people aged 18, including early years, primary, secondary, and college students experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood, trauma, or difficulties with attachment
Young people in adoptive and foster families requiring therapeutic support, delivered in partnership with adoption services
Children and young people referred by their school or college as part of a triage or early intervention programme
Adults seeking therapy or counselling for a range of difficulties
What I can help with
Anxiety, worry, and panic
Low mood and depression
Trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
Attachment difficulties and relational challenges
Post-adoption support
School-related stress, refusal, and social difficulties
Emotional dysregulation
Bereavement and loss
Low self-esteem and identity
How it works
Initial consultation — We begin with a free 15-minute telephone call to discuss your needs and whether my approach is a good fit.
Assessment session — The first 1–2 sessions are used to understand your situation, goals, and preferences. For children, this includes a parent or carer consultation.
Ongoing therapy — Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, at the same time each week. We review progress regularly using outcome measures to ensure the work remains meaningful and effective.
Endings — We plan endings thoughtfully. Therapy is not open-ended — we work toward goals and review together when it feels right to close.

School Triage & Consultation
Schools face growing pressure to identify and respond to pupil mental health need — often without specialist clinical resource on site. I work alongside SENCO, pastoral, and safeguarding teams to bring objective, evidence-based assessment directly into your setting, helping you act early, allocate resource wisely, and evidence your impact.
This service is available to schools and academy trusts within 6 miles of Cambridge.
What the service includes
Clinical triage — Validated screening using RCADS, SDQs, and goal-based outcome measures (GBO) to identify which pupils need what level of support — quickly and clearly.
Early intervention — Structured, time-limited therapeutic interventions delivered in school before difficulties reach clinical threshold, protecting learning time and avoiding unnecessary CAMHS referrals.
Outcome monitoring — Tracking wellbeing scores, attendance data, and goal-based outcomes across the academic year to provide clear evidence of impact for governors, trustees, and Ofsted.
CAMHS referral support — Where escalation is needed, I produce data-backed referral documentation that strengthens cases and reduces delays in accessing specialist services.
Staff consultation — Reflective practice and consultation sessions for SENCOs, pastoral leads, and safeguarding teams — building internal capacity and staff confidence in supporting vulnerable pupils.
The evidence base
The model draws on CYP-IAPT principles, NICE guidance for anxiety and depression in children, and the Thrive framework for school mental health provision. Outcome data is collected systematically and reported back to your school in a format suitable for governors and inspection.

No. You can contact me directly. For children and young people, a parent or carer will need to be involved in the initial enquiry and consent process.

This varies depending on your situation and goals. Some people benefit from a short-term piece of work (6–12 sessions); others prefer longer-term support. We will review together as we go and I will never recommend continuing beyond what is useful.
