A specialist practice built on evidence, creativity, and care

I am an HCPC-registered Dramatherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor, with a professional background spanning direct clinical work, training delivery, and organisational leadership across education and health settings.

As Convenor of the BADth Education Committee, I chair national forums supporting dramatherapists across educational settings — keeping my practice at the forefront of clinical standards, ethical frameworks, and emerging evidence in the field.

From September 2026, I am offering specialist therapy for both children and young people (ages 3+) and adults, evidence-based triage and consultation for schools and academy trusts, and senior clinical supervision for qualified practitioners and trainees.

Three pillars of practice

Whether you are a child, a school leader, or a fellow clinician, there is a service designed to meet you where you are.

Specialist therapy for ages 3 to 18 and adults, integrating dramatherapy, CBT, and humanistic approaches. A safe, creative space to process trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, and complex emotion — without needing any performance or drama experience.

👥Clinical supervision

In-school mental health support & staff wellbeing

Working with settings within 6 miles of Cambridge, or online across the UK, I partner with schools to identify need early. Supporting children, strengthening SEND and Pastoral teams, and building a more sustainable approach to wellbeing.

  • Early identification & triage — validated screening (RCADS, SDQs) helps staff pinpoint which children need what level of support, quickly and objectively.

  • Prevention-first interventions — structured in-school support delivered before distress reaches crisis point, reducing demand on CAMHS and protecting learning time.

  • Outcome monitoring — tracking wellbeing scores, attendance, and goal-based outcomes (GBO, ORS) provides evidence of impact for governors and Ofsted.

  • CAMHS referral pathways — where escalation is needed, I produce data-backed referral reports that strengthen cases and reduce waiting times.

  • Staff reflective practice & supervision — facilitated groups for SENCOs, pastoral teams, and safeguarding leads to build internal capacity, reduce burnout, and support staff wellbeing.
